Responsible for the site during Lighthouse week, development of the site before Lighthouse week and break down of site afterwards.


  • Liaise with school/site owner to make advance arrangements for site layout

  • Works with trustees and team leaders to determine best use of facilities available and determines what further facilities (eg marquees/toilets) need to be sourced.

  • Develop site layout

  • Liaise with outside suppliers/contractors on all matters regarding the site.

  • Ensures all health and safety requirements are met.Manages site crew, security (day and night if necessary), car parking and cleaning teams.
